NerdSkills #003 Make Windows 10 USB install disk

Required tools: At least an 8gb Usb flash drive https://amzn.to/2QQ2OjR

Step 1.  Download Windows Media Creation tool (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10)

Step 2. Run MediaCreationTool.exe

Step 3. Click “Yes” to allow this program to make changes to your computer

Step 4. Click Accept to Applicable notices and terms

Step 5. Click on Create Installation Media and Click Next

Step 6.  Click Next on the Language, Architecture, and edition. (This should be fine for most cases)

Step 7. Click USB flash drive then click Next

Step 8. Insert USB Flash Drive. Click on USB flash Drive. Click Next. (Disconnect all USB Flash drives except for the one you will use for Installing Windows. )

Step 9. Click Finish once it says your USB Flash drive is ready.

Step 10. Insert your Windows 10 USB flash install disk into the target computer

Step 11. Boot into USB flash drive by pressing the corresponding function keys for your make & model computer when you power on the computer.

Hot keys for BootMenu / BIOS Settings

You may get your Boot Menu How or your BIOS settings by using special keys.
